Order Cancellation Policy –To cancel an order you have placed with AAC, you must contact customer support by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (541-654-4999). When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. If the order is cancelled within 48 hours, then a full refund will be given. In any other case, the AAC will keep the non-refundable deposit (25%) and refund the remaining cost of the camp.
We collect your information only with your consent. We only collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary to fulfill our service with you. We don't sell it to third parties, and we only use it for registration purposes. The information is stored on a secure, third-party website (Oases).
